RULES

Only 3 pairs allowed from each college.
There is On-Spot Registration.
Mehendi cone will be provided by the committee.
Mehendi design should be portrayed on one hand till elbow.
Participants will not be allowed refer any printed materials, phone, etc.
Mehendi design must be creative and unique.
Participants should be bring their own companion.
Transport, food, accommodation will be provided to the participants (only applicable for other states).
